Ghee-lisious Pangasius

As you know, i've made pangasius before, and it's a type of fish that will go with lots of different foods and is really easy to prepare. This time i decided to use ghee. It's not Paleo, i know, but i add it to my grey area ;-)
For 2 fillets, use the following;

1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, chopped
about 1 tablespoon ghee (add more if needed)
chilli powder

In a frying pan, cook the onion and garlic in the melted ghee together for about 5 mins, then add the pangasius on top. Sprinkle the chilli on top. Close off the pan with a lid, and cook on medium heat for about another 10-15 mins. The ghee will turn into a gravy-type substance.

Serve with some steamed veggies and salad. Dinner is ready in about 30 mins tops!
