Google+ Cave Food Kitchen: Paleo Bread, where art thou?

Paleo Bread, where art thou?

So, attempt 7 has been done. This time, i just replaced the flax with chia from the last recipe. Must say, this is the best one now (yes, i also said that about the previous one) Obviously flax has a fishy affect on me, so breadwise, i don't think we'll be seeing eachother again.
Since i've posted some many recipes already, i decided to devote a separate page to it. This will make things look a lot more organized. There are 5 recipes so far, from the other 2 attempts i didn't even think it was worth posting the recipe.
Again, if you have a recipe that you think is totally awesome, i'd love to hear about it!

On another note, today is day 24 of my Paleo "challenge" and i must say that it has been surprisingly easy.
No sugar dips, hunger, cravings, noting at all. I do feel more energized and more connected to the food i eat. This is most likely because i've spent far more time in the kitchen than usual. I considered myself a healthy eater already (a few bad habits here & there) But i would still eat processed things, like veggieburgers, bread, sauces, dressings, energy bars, spreads, etc.
I haven't lost too much weight, but that wasn't my aim (weighing 58kgs at 1.80m) But i do feel like my skin has thightened (?)
At the same time i also started Convict Conditioning, and seeing some results already!
Even though i've been an athlete already all my life, i've never felt better and more in shape.

Still cannot get myself to eating meat, but my fish intake has definitely increased (together with eggs)
After 10 days i switched back to diary, but not a lot. Just some cheese, a bit of milk & Greek yoghurt.
Even dining out was not too much of a hassle for me, although eating a bit of wheat here and there was punished with a bloated, cramped belly.

Going Paleo? Not too bad!
