This is an excellent paleo breakfast that is easy and quick to make; you can pre-cook a few pancakes and the same goes for the sauce, so all you need to do is warm them up (if you like)
Maybe add a side of Brazil nuts for the crunch!
1 Paleo pancake (without apple)
spicy tomato/eggplant sauce
grated old Gouda (optional)
half an avocado
1 boiled egg
salt & pepper
