Following the instructions was a bit tricky, since american recipes call for cup measurements instead of the good 'ol European grams.
It came out very flat and looked more like a coconut brick than a bread. After slicing off some, it was as dry as a desert! So, also this one eneded up in the bin....
Attempt 4 just came out of the oven, and was the following recipe;
2 cups flax meal, ground
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
Pinch of salt
2 tsp raw honey
5 whole omega-3 eggs, whisked
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup standard olive oil
Mix all together, let it sit for about 3 mins.
Bake for 20 mins at 350 degrees.
Last time i used flax meal, it came out fine, only the aftertaste not so much.
Taste test next!
